BETTHer's Football Insole represents an advanced evolution in the field of insoles designed specifically for female footballers. Made to fit every type of football boot, this insole ensures universal compatibility, offering a precise and comfortable fit without sacrificing performance.

The insole incorporates a sophisticated soft EVA cushioning area, strategically positioned to absorb and dissipate repeated impacts. This design reduces stress on the joints of the foot, increasing comfort during sports activity. Toe protection is enhanced with an anti-shock pad, designed to cushion direct impacts and reduce the risk of injury. This is especially important during ball contact and rapid acceleration and deceleration, providing protection against excessive shock and pressure.

Vibrations resulting from ground contact are effectively absorbed thanks to a combination of advanced materials such as EVA. The Shock Absorption PU Pad, located in the heel, significantly reduces joint stress, minimising the risk of injuries such as plantar fasciitis and tendonitis. These materials work together to dissipate vibrations before they reach the joints and tendons, reducing the risk of microtrauma and preventing chronic injuries.

A key innovation is the upper lateral area (fourth and fifth toe area), which is made of rigid EVA to provide additional structural support. This ensures stability during lateral braking and restarting, maintaining the correct alignment of the foot and improving efficiency of movement. The combination of this support with the cushioning of the anti-shock pad on the big toe ensures superior stability and optimal force balance during pushing off.

The ergonomic design of the insole follows the natural curvature of the foot, providing customised support that adapts perfectly to the shape of the foot. In addition, the front of the insole has breathable holes to ensure optimal ventilation, keeping feet dry and cool during play. Another innovative feature is the raised knurled texture on the upper surface of the insole, which improves grip, helping the foot maintain a firm grip on the insole.
